    Mikrotech s.r.o. celebrates its 30th anniversary: 1994 – 2024.

  • 2020

    The year 2020 is associated with the spread of Covid 19 worldwide. The disease also affected Mikrotech. The company operatively introduced measures against the spread of the disease on the company’s premises – mandatory wearing of masks, disinfection of hands, restriction of personal contacts of employees, … Despite staff failures, the company met delivery deadlines without significant delays.

    Mikrotech s.r.o. celebrates its 25th anniversary: 1994 – 2019.
    We have again increased our capabilities for Swiss turning up to a diameter of 38 mm by purchasing other STAR swiss turning models.

  • 2017

    The company’s turnover exceeded EUR 6 million and we became a successful holder of the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate.
    By purchasing and installing the latest machines for long-running turning, we have expanded the possibility of machining from bar material up to a diameter of 38 mm.

    The milling department is extended by a new 4 axis milling centre BROTHER, raising its competitiveness.
    Following continuously rising requirements, the ZEISS Contura G2 3D measuring instrument is introduced to guarantee a constantly high quality level.

    The quality department is strengthened by a new optical scanner – TESA Scan and contour measuring equipment by MITUTOYO, both ideally suited for rotary parts.
    The year of Mikrotech’s 20th anniversary also generates record sales, this time of EUR 5 million.

    Continued investment and expansion of the turning, milling and grinding departments.
    The purchase of a new hydrocarbon-based ultrasonic cleaning machine has accelerated the packaging and shipping process

  • 2010

    The stabilization process in the post-crisis period leads to major investments in new, progressive turning technologies. The production processes are concentrated more and more on the machining of complex parts.

    The dramatic period during the crisis caused a decline in production and staff numbers. As a result of the crisis, a strategic decision was made – the definitive phasing out of the cam machines.
    During this critical period, the process of implementing the Infor ERP system was successfully implemented.

    Revenues reached EUR 4 million and after almost 15 years, the production facilities are now owned by MIKROTECH.
    The important decision to implement Babtec quality management software, raised the company’s level and quality of tracking of all orders.

    Constant growth of our production leads to an expansion of the production area to 3,400 SQM and 1,300 SQM of administration premises, where the first assembly subgroubs are being installed.

  • 2004

    The company now employs 50 coworkers. Once more, the production area is extended, this time to 2,000 SQM, a significant sign for future growth.
    MIKROTECH celebrates its 10th anniversary.

    With increasing production, the production area is expanded to 1500 SQM.
    The high demand for grinding technology means an expansion of the services offered and the creation of a department specialising only in surface grinding.
    Purchase of the first CHIRON CNC milling centre.

    A milestone in the company history: turnover exceeding EUR 1 million.
    Start of first deliveries to local customers and relocation of production to new leased premises of 1,000 SQM.

    Official establishment of the company MIKROTECH, s.r.o.
    Placement of the first CNC machines in the rented premises and start of serial production. All products are produced exclusively for the parent company Hacker Feinmechanik.
    In addition to serial production, repair and refurbishment of used machines – lathes, milling machines, grinding machines – is carried out.

  • 1992

    Training of the first Slovakian workers in Germany at the Hacker Feinmechanik site in Offenberg-Neuhausen.
